High purity propolis extract powder
Making of 20% propolis tincture:
1. 500 ml 70% or stronger alcohol is added to 20 g of propolis powder. The mixture is allowed to settle for a week, shaking it from time to time (gives a concentrate)
2. 500 ml 70% or stronger alcohol is added to 40 ml of concentrate. The mixture is allowed to settle for 2–3 days, shaking it from time to time.
This gives 20% tincture of propolis. 20 g of propolis powder gives around 6 litres of 20% propolis tincture.
The Propolis strengthens the immunity and organism, supports the health of airways, relieves cough and inflammation, and has pain-relieving, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. Propolis contains more than 300 natural antibiotics.
Food supplements are not to be used to replace a balanced diet.
